    IDEAL FOR:

    This service is perfect for individuals seeking a tailored training regimen, looking to work on a specific injury or a single goal in mind (i.e. hypertrophy, strength training for running, specific strength goal).

    Each program is created with your goal and needs in mind. Minimum commitment of three months is required.

    WHAT’S INCLUDED:

    Highly - custom program: Tailored to your specific fitness goals, whether it’s muscle building, peak strength, sports-related training, or injury recovery.

    Access to the Training App: Access your programming and track your progress.

    Direct communication: Reach out via email and whats app for personalized guidance.

    In-depth video analysis and coaching support: Send training videos to your coach for feedback.

    Monthly billing cycle: You can cancel anytime.

    3 month minimum commitment.

    Priced at $220 plus GST

  • Intrepid PRO Programming

    IDEAL FOR: 

    This service is perfect for individuals seeking a tailored training regimen, who have multiple considerations (injuries) or are looking for in depth support and access to feedback.

    Each program is created with your goal and needs in mind. Minimum commitment of three months is required.

    WHAT’S INCLUDED:

    Monthly zoom call to discuss progress, issues, discussion and feedback

    2 or more goals and more complex injury requirements

    Extensive monitoring, program adjustments, and individualization that can be offered

    One complimentary movement assessment

    Unlimited contact via email or training app

    Programming is adjusted to meet your schedule and weekly training needs

    Unlimited pauses*

    Priced at $390 plus GST

    Billed monthly until canceled

    *(minimum of 2 weeks)

In person sessions are available at a preferred rate of $90/hr for clients who are able to travel to Banff or Canmore, Alberta
